Waddell Enterprises LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company ("Waddell Enterprises", "we", "us"), builds and operates its own software products. This policy explains what information we handle and how.
Scope
This policy covers this website (waddellenterprisesllc.com) and the software products and applications published by Waddell Enterprises LLC (together, the "Services"). Where an individual product needs additional privacy disclosures, that product links to them alongside this policy.
What we collect
This website has no user accounts, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking cookies. We collect only:
- Contact form submissions — the name, email address, and message you choose to send us.
- Anti-abuse signals — the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from bots; Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser for that sole purpose.
- Hosting logs — our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address and request metadata) to operate and secure the site.
Individual products may collect the information they need to function; each product describes its specifics in its own documentation or settings.
How we use information
We use the information above to respond to your inquiries, to operate, maintain, and improve the Services, and to prevent abuse. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Processors
We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, DNS, and the Turnstile anti-abuse check.
- Microsoft — email delivery for contact form messages.
These providers process data on our behalf and under their own security and privacy commitments.
Retention
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation and for reasonable record-keeping, then deleted. Hosting logs are retained on our providers' standard short schedules.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing waddenterprises@gmail.com. We respond to reasonable requests promptly.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the Services evolve. The effective date above always reflects the current version; material changes will be noted on this page.
