Acceptance
By using this website (waddellenterprisesllc.com) or any software product or application published by Waddell Enterprises LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company ("Waddell Enterprises", "we", "us") — together, the "Services" — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Services
Waddell Enterprises builds and operates its own portfolio of software products. Individual products may have supplemental terms presented within the product; if a supplemental term conflicts with these terms, the supplemental term governs for that product.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services in violation of applicable law;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, their infrastructure, or other users' data;
- interfere with or disrupt the Services, including by circumventing rate limits or anti-abuse measures;
- use automated means to submit forms or scrape the Services except as permitted by standard search-engine indexing.
Intellectual property
The Services, including their design, text, software, and branding, are owned by Waddell Enterprises LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or source code except as an individual product's license expressly provides.

The Services may link to third-party sites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WADDELL ENTERPRISES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Waddell Enterprises LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms as the Services evolve; the effective date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
